Downend - Loft Conversion

Newton Building Services completed a loft conversion in 2009.

The project created a new master bedroom with an ensuite. All work was carried out following Building Regulation requirements to include fire doors, smoke detectors, and means of escape for fire safety.

The homeowner requested a pebbledash finish to the new external wall and new tiles on the existing roof to match the new dormer roof, which was consistent with the existing design.
